Ready, Set, GO!

Fix-A-Home began as a one day community service project for the Greater Chapel Hill Association of Realtors in 2006 and with each year we grew larger and larger. We went from renovating one or two rooms of a recipient home with a handful of volunteers to a complete home makeover in 2016 with 60+ Volunteers working  approximately 45 days, Real Estate Agents from 9 local Firms participating and 102 Donor Sponsors raising over $18,000. There were 26 Vendor Partners who donated over $45,000 in services and goods and the total value of completed Project was approximately $63,000. Amazing! 

2017 was a year of transition for Fix-A-Home! We became our own, independent, non-profit organization. We have worked to update our logo and refresh our mission as a COMMUNITY based non-profit, separate from the Realtor Association. We are passionate as ever and we are ready to take on 2018, giving back to our community by repairing and renovating the home of a qualifying homeowner recipient. So spread the word, help us find applicants, make a donation, volunteer, find your way to be involved! Together we can make a difference in our community, one home at a time.
